Take a magnificent hike to observe the Briksdal Glacier.
From the Briksdal Inn we tackle a 45-minute to one-hour walk above a waterfall to the top, where we will have a fantastic view of the Briksdal Glacier.
Walking back to the Briksdal Inn via the same route, refreshments will be served before we drive back to Olden.
TOUR NOTES: This tour involves two 45 to 60 minute hikes over some steep and rocky terrain; appropriate footwear is essential (sunglasses are also recommended). While a limited number of electric cars, each taking up to seven people, may be available for independent hire to take you part way to the glacier, we cannot guarantee their availability, and therefore this tour is not suitable for passengers with limited mobility, or wheelchairs. At time of printing, the cost of the optional transport was 180 NOK (approximately £18). It should be noted that we will not walk on the glacier.
