Weather varies from island to island in the Caribbean, but is almost always sunny, with very little variation in the seasons.  Rain comes down hard in the hurricane season, but is over very quickly and the sun soon dries it up.  It is always slightly milder in the Winward Islands due to the trade winds, and although the Caribbean Islands are tropical, they are  rarely hit by the full force of a hurricane.
