Grenada is the 'Spice Island' of cinnamon, nutmeg, mace and vanilla plantations, and dense with lush rainforests. Its picturesque buildings (some dating from the 18th century), steep cobbled streets and stepped alleys rising as if part of a terraced amphitheatre are set amid the wooded hill slopes that surround the harbour.

Please note that the tour transport used in the Caribbean normally consists of coasters (similar to small mini buses), which do not have suitable storage space to accommodate wheelchairs, therefore unfortunately our tours are not considered suitable for wheelchair users.

Departing from the port we will take the short drive to Quaranteen Point where we will take a photographic stop. Views of the one and a half mile stretch of the famous Grand Anse Beach will be clearly seen.

Departing the quayside in our jeeps (typically ex-British military issue Land Rovers) we shall travel through the parish of St George and continue along the scenic East Coast, through the island’s centre to two of the island’s natural wonders.
