This wonderful tour offers us a rare opportunity to swim and play with a beautiful bottlenose dolphin. Prior to the activity, we will receive instructions from the experienced trainers.Upon entering the lagoon, we will first become acquainted with these magnificent creatures through petting and kisses. Then, taking the interaction one step further, we will swim and play with a dolphin under the supervision of a trainer – and even take an exciting dorsal ride!There should also be time at the Sea Aquarium – where this unforgettable experience takes place – to have a brief look at some of the other animals that live here, or perhaps we will relax on the nearby beach.Please note that only experienced swimmers who are comfortable wearing fins may participate in this tour, and they should be in good health. An insurance waiver must be signed before entering the water. Life jackets are provided. (For information, the depth of the pool is approximately 10 metres/30 feet.) Pregnant ladies or children under 1.30 metres (4 feet 3 inches) tall are not permitted to take part; weight restrictions may also apply. For the safety of the dolphin, jewellery or watches should not be worn in the water, or suntan lotion. Group sizes are kept to a maximum of 6 people per 2 dolphins, to allow participants to touch, interact and swim with these loveable animals; we shall spend approximately 30 minutes with them. As personal photography and video recording is not possible during our time in the water, professional on-site photographers capture this magic moment on camera, and the pictures are for sale (US$10 at the time of printing). To save time, come already wearing your swimming costume (don’t forget a towel!). Showers and lockers are available on site. Transfer by taxi is included.
