Here we find the renowned Gutierrez Colosia wine cellars as well as restaurants offering the best of the day’s catch. We will go straight to the Gutierrez Colosia cellars to enjoy wine tasting and an extraordinary flamenco performance. Dry East Coast winds mix with humidity west winds, helping to maintain the optimum growing temperatures for the grapes. The cellars, built near the River Guadalete, were founded in 1838 and are active year-round. There is a little walking involved, including steps and uneven surfaces.
