Please note that there may be an approximate 30-metre walk through the floating port to reach the tour transportation. This is a busy, working port, therefore please exercise extra due care and attention when walking to your tour transportation. As with all ports in the Amazon, please dress appropriately for the high temperatures and humidity. A raincoat or umbrella, additional sun protection and a bottle of water would all prove to be handy additions to your bag.
Please note that, for technical reasons, it is not possible for us to operate the Amazon Flightseeing Tour this season.

During our river tours we occasionally pass children who have wild animals with them onboard small boats, previously passengers have requested to stop for photographs however this is not part of our organised tour and we kindly request that you do not take any photographs of these children.

Please note that the tour transport used in the Caribbean normally consists of coasters (similar to small mini buses), which do not have suitable storage space to accommodate wheelchairs, therefore unfortunately our tours are not considered suitable for wheelchair users.

On an Amazon cruise holiday you will experience high humidity with temperatures remaining tropical throughout the year. Our Amazon cruises tend to operate in the rainy season, which runs from December to June, however temperatures remain high even with frequent daily rains. The dry season runs from July to November, when temperatures have been known to hit 40°C. Like any area the size of the Amazon, regional differences can be significant.
