Music is the heart of Italy, and the heart beats here in Venice. During a show lasting approximately one and a half hours, we will listen to operatic arias and duets, classical music and famous Italian melodies, including pieces such as La Traviata, Nabucco and Il Barbiere di Siviglia. The musical company at Ai Musicanti usually comprises two sopranos, a tenor, classical guitar, piano and violin. Welcome refreshments will be served as we relax in the beautiful palace.
After the show, we will walk back to the floating platform at St Lucia for the return journey to our awaiting ship.
TOUR NOTES: This tour involves approximately 40 minutes of walking from the motor launch platform to the palace and back and some steps to negotiate. After disembarking our ship, there may be quite a walk to reach our private motor launches; there are also steps to negotiate to embark and disembark the launches. Unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Please note that the use of cameras and video cameras is strictly prohibited. For reference, the concert lasts for approximately one and a half hours. Refreshments consist of sparkling wine (Prosecco), beer and soft drinks. The dress code for this tour is smart casual.
