Music At Sea 2009/2010 Season
Twelve fantastic cruises, each with superb musical accompaniment: from the Magic of Motown, performed by Lulu, to the peerless jazz of trumpeter Kenny Ball; and from The Drifters to the 60's hits of The Merseybeats.
Fred.Olsen Cruise Lines is delighted to introduce another exciting season of Music at Sea, with a range of top artists performing some of the best music around, making your cruise more magical than ever. The season now covers four ships of the Fred.Olsen fleet – Balmoral, Boudicca, Braemar and Black Watch and takes in 12 cruises.
Headlining this year is music legend and national treasure, Lulu, who’s enjoyed hits in every one of the past five decades! She will be joined on board Boudicca by Jazz saxophonist Leo Greenand his band The Leo Green Experience, who will be performing hits from America’s most influential record label – Motown.

Worldwide 2010/2011
Looking forward through to early 2011, this latest programme of cruises really does offer a very wide variety of destinations. Our aim, of course, is always to offer new experiences for our regular travellers, whilst ensuring that the world’s most popular cruise venues are still included.
Our choice of departure ports continues to develop, with Boudicca spending all the summer offering a variety of cruises from northern British ports. Popular demand from our guests in the South has also led us to offer more Southampton sailings in 2010. Highlight voyages in 2011 will include Balmoral’s epic 108-night Southern Hemisphere World Cruise and Black Watch’s most intensive ever exploration of South America. More breadth has also been introduced to Braemar’s Winter 2010/11 Caribbean fly-cruise programme.
All our colleagues on board take great pride in the quite unique atmosphere which has become our tradition. Amongst both our staff and passengers, lasting friendships are formed. To those of you who have yet to sail with us, we look forward to welcoming you into the family… to our Oceans members, welcome back!
