Please see below details of our Pricing terms to assist you when booking a cruise with us. It is important that you read and understand any fare restrictions that may apply to the fare type you choose.

EARLYSAVER & SAVER FARES -
Earlysaver fares are available until six months before departure.  Saver fares are available from 6 months until date of departure.  Both fare types enable you to choose your cabin number & grade at the time of booking.  Oceans cruise club discounts are combinable with the Earlysaver and Saver fares subject to Oceans terms & booking deadlines. Your dining sitting preference will be guaranteed at time of booking (subject to maximum dining numbers) and your table preference will receive priority over other fare types. Your luggage will receive priority transfer to your cabin on boarding.

SPECIALSAVER FARES -
We may also use the term Specialsaver at certain times throughout the year.  You will be given your cabin grade at the time of booking. Your cabin number will be confirmed at time of embarkation. Oceans cruise club discounts are combinable with Specialsaver fares subject to Oceans terms & booking deadlines. Dining requests are permitted with Specialsaver fares.

LATESAVER FARES -
Latesaver fares may be available close to the departure date – This would be generally less than 8 weeks before departure. Your cabin grade & cabin number will not be confirmed to you until embarkation – Latesaver fares however are confirmed bookings.  Oceans cruise club discounts are not combinable with Latesaver fares.

There are three ways you can book a Fred. Olsen Cruise:

Both our Cruise Consultants and our preferred travel agents have the best knowledge on the Fred. Olsen ships and cruise itineraries to better help you choose the cruise which is right for you.

Please note: Payments made by credit card are subject to a 2% surcharge. This applies to the cost of cruises booked directly with Fred. Olsen (regardless of booking method). The surcharge is applicable to the following card types: Visa credit cards, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. No surcharge applies to payments made by debit cards (Visa Delta/debit).  Maestro cards are not accepted for on-line bookings.

For customers outside the UK:

In selected countries only, we have appointed Resellers who will work with your preferred travel agent.  Please use our Travel Agent Locator to find them.

Alternatively, you can make your booking directly with us, either online, as above, or via our UK Reservations Cruise Consultants.

All prices on this web-site include fuel supplement.

*Please note that any nationality entering the USA by air or sea, after 12th January 2009, and who currently travels under the US waiver programme, MUST complete an on-line pre-travel authorisation via ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) from https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. This form must be completed by the individuals travelling, at least 72hrs prior to departing from the UK if flying, or prior to arrival in the US, otherwise entry will be denied.

PLEASE NOTE: 
AIR PASSENGER DUTY INCREASE

At the November 2008 Pre-budget, the Chancellor announced an increase in APD (Air Passenger Duty) for passengers travelling from 1 November 2009. These increases have been added as a supplemental charge to all new fly-cruise bookings taken after 15th December 2008. 

Whilst the current APD is included in our fly-cruise fares, it is necessary for us to charge the difference between the existing APD and the new APD for new bookings only.  For details of the supplement amount on your chosen cruise, please ask our Reservations Team at the time of booking.
