Harwich International features a purpose built check-in area seating up to 250 guests. It has a separate cafeteria serving refreshments for convenience. The facility is immediately adjacent to Harwich International railway station.
There is also an overflow terminal normally utilised for the ferry services that can be used if required. This terminal seats a further 400 guests as has its own catering facilities.
The ship is accessed by an overhead walkway making it convenient for those reliant upon wheelchairs or mobility restricted.
Car Parking is across the railway line and at the end of a cruise, baggage is taken directly to the car park for collection. A bus shuttle service takes guests between the car park and terminal.

From the M11: Leave at junction 8 and join the A120 eastwards, heading for Braintree and Colchester.
From the M25: Take the A12 at junction 28 (signposted Chelmsford) and then join the A120 at Colchester, after approximately 30 miles.
From the A14: Take the A12 at Ipswich and join the A120 at Colchester.
In all cases keep on the A120 following signs to Harwich. On approaching Harwich, follow signs for Harwich International Port.

Travelling to Harwich by Train
Harwich International is a railway station serving Harwich International Port in Essex, providing excellent rail connections for guests wishing to join their cruise from Harwich by train. The station is located on the Mayflower Line from Manningtree to Harwich Town.
From the South:
Those guests travelling via London Liverpool Street are able to travel with Greater Anglia on the Norwich line disembarking at Manningtree Station, Essex and changing services to Harwich Town. Trains for this service run almost hourly throughout the week.
From the North:
Those guests travelling via Norwich station are able to travel with Greater Anglia on the London line disembarking at Manningtree Station, Essex and changing services to Harwich Town. Trains for this service run almost hourly throughout the week.
