Service: If you are going to offer 'All inclusive' then it should be across the board and not only in relation to selected drinks or venues. To fiddly to work out.
Product: My wife and I were going on a Garden Cruise and unfortunately we missed out on the best garden, namely the one in Gran Canaria. We would have been happier to have missed out on going to Agadir instead.

Service: The crew were all very helpful and friendly. The food overall was in keeping with a 3 Star rating. My cabin needed more drawers for my clothing. The entertainment in the main lounge, was very good. However, the disco entertainment was questionable, in that the singer catered to her own needs and not to the audience's preferred type of music -- they played rock most of the evening, and this lounge was virtually empty most nights. Once again, the entertainment crew's performances, were most enjoyable. Fred Olsen should see if they could find a singer who can sing songs in keeping with their audience, i.e. over 45-year olds, instead of banging out loud rock music. I have a personal concern, but not sure to whom I should address it.
Product: Enjoyed all the ports and most of the tours I took, with a few draw-backs. The main one being the boat cruise, where we sat on top, but with no protection from the hot sun, for, I would think, well over 2 hours. I went downstairs to keep out of the sun, but the windows were a bit too high for me to see any scenery (I was not tall enough). This boat was pretty old as well.

Service: We had a fabulous cruise, the service was definitely 5 star, the crew were always happy and smiling and very helpful no matter what was asked of them. The only down side was the smell of fumes from the engine/funnel which could even be smelt in our cabin. Also black soot often came out of the funnel and you had to be careful to wipe the chairs on the deck before you sat down

Product: Staff very friendly in restaurants and cabin staff were excellent. Weather was a slight problem so spoiled beginning and end of cruise. Food available in one area at all times would have been an advantage when out and about and coming back from trips.

Product: Never been before and met our expectations. To get a picture of the Braemar with a nearby traffic light showing in the foreground at a junction of one of the major city's in the world, was awesome. And we were 50 miles inland....

Product: No trip to Alambra palace from Malaga as advertised in brochure-one of the main reasons for booking the cruise Changes due to weather unavoidable
