Black Watch:

BW865 - 26th September 2008 - Lars Tharp & Marc Allum, from the Antiques Roadshow.
Lars Tharp was born in Copenhagen, and educated in England.  He is a specialist in Ceramic History and Oriental Works of Art.  Lars has appeared on the BBC Antiques Roadshow for the last twenty years, and is a frequent guest lecturer on board; mixing huomour with scholarship in a unique and engaging style.
Marc Allum collected from a young age, buying and spending his pocket money at antiques fairs and auctions.  Marc has a varied knowledge of furniture, works of art and collector's items, including militaria, toys and 20th century design.  He has been a miscellaneous expert on the Antiques Roadshow since 1998.

BW866 - 24th October 2008 - Jim Bowen from Bullseye

Jim Bowen is a Lancashire born ex-Deputy Headmaster with a natural flair for comedy in his own unique style. While teaching he became involved with the local Dramatic Society which kindled his interest in show business. In the sixties he worked as a ‘stand-up’ comedian on a part-time basis on the notorious Northern Club circuit.  He is best known for his “Bullseye” TV game show, which for fifteen years was avidly watched by over twelve million viewers, attaining ‘cult’ status among University students.
The last year has seen a resurgence of interest in ‘Bullseye’ as it is shown four times daily on ‘Challenge TV’, and Jim's popularity is as high as it always was.

BM214 - 23rd October 2008 - Keith Dellar, Darts Champion
In 2007, Keith celebrated 25 years as a professional darts player, and 25 years since becoming World Champion.  He was the youngest ever World Champion, and has remained so until in recent years.  Many people still vividly remember the thrilling final when he beat Eric Bristow 6-5.  Keith inspired young people to take up darts, and he was nicknamed 'The Milky Bar Kid' as he drank milk after he won the title.  He is an excellent ambassador and is a good role model for youngsters coming into the game.

Cliff Lazarenko, Darts Player
At 6ft 4 inches, Cliff is the genial giant of the Sport of Darts.  Nicknamed Big Cliff, he is well known for being a very colourful character on and off the stage.  Big Cliff made his first appearance on the 1970's television show Indoor League.  His ability to communicate, natural warmth and humour have made him a great success.
