Through a series of lecturers and tastings on board, we will talk you through the history and world of wine. Whether your preference is for French or Chilean, Italian or Australian, prepare to be enthused and persuaded to be adventurous and to make the most of this golden age when there has never been more good wine, more easily available and at such affordable prices. By the time you conclude our sessions you'll have a good grasp of what makes wines taste the way they do, as well as some ideas as to which food and wine combinations work best.
