Arts Club |
We have a microsite dedicated to The ArtsClub, which can be found by clicking here, and details everything you need to know about what is involved, and which cruises the various themes apply to.
As a leading cruise specialist, Fred. Olsen’s aim is to provide the widest variety of holidays, each in line with its style of more personal, intimate cruising. As part of this, a selection of cruises is designated with The ArtsClub themes. Available to all who are booked on the selected cruises, with The ArtsClub you can look forward to travelling in the company of experts, selected for their reputation and - in keeping with the Fred. Olsen philosophy – for their personal touch. Each has a passion for sharing their knowledge in an informative, yet informal way. You’ll enjoy a balance of performances and lectures, discussions, practice sessions and social get-togethers.
Ships and the sea have always been a part of our Nation's heritage and each July one of the most romanticised eras is brought to life again by the 'Tall Ships Race', when the ocean greyhounds of yore set sail once more, their towering sails a testament to the endurance of the men who sailed them and a picture of elegance and power. Our lecturers will tell their story, bringing the romance, and the reality, alive.
