The Atlantis Spa and Salon on board all our cruise ships offers the chance for you to perfect the art of relaxation.
A cruise holiday is the perfect opportunity to treat yourself in a way that you don't necessarily have time to do at home. The Atlantis Salon and Spa on board offers a full range of beauty and grooming treatments for women and men. And our Fitness Centres are fully equipped and offer a choice of classes.
Our Spa Salon Treatments
Discover what it's like to be truly pampered on your cruise holiday with our exclusive range of spa treatments.
There is a comprehensive selection of facials, which include hydrating, purifying, renewing and nourishing treatments.
Body treatments offer a variety of massages including full-body massage and hot stones, reflexology, waxing and body shaping. A full range of manicures, pedicures, hand and feet treatments are available. Our Salon manager will always guide you to the most suitable treatment.
The Salon
The hair-styling salon offers the usual services, such as shampoo and set, blow-drys, colour treatments and formal styles. For any wet hair treatment, a complimentary volumising and scalp massage are included. A steam room and sauna facility is also available on board.

The Fitness Centre
As with any holiday staying fit helps you enjoy your time to the full. Each cruise ship has a fully equipped fitness centre offering treadmills, rowing machines, exercise bikes and a variety of free weights. Our friendly Fitness Instructors are always on hand to assist you.
There is a choice of fitness classes, including yoga, aerobics, step, stretch & tone and pilates - run at levels to suit most people. A small charge is made for some classes. For great exercise with a constantly changing view, there is a 'walk a mile' round the deck each morning.
When and How to Book the Spa
The Atlantis Spa is open from 8am till 8pm whilst at sea and in port. On occasional evenings the spa will remain open until 10pm.
The hair salon is especially popular and busy for formal evenings, so it's essential you book early to avoid disappointment.
Generally on port days, there are special promotions of treatments. The Daily Times on board will have details of these offers.

In view of the popularity of the Atlantis Spa and Fitness Centre please be sure to book your treatments as early as possible in order to avoid any disappointment. You can book prior to embarkation by contacting the Spa Manager on board your cruise ship.
