Order your foreign currency before your cruise holiday and simply collect your personal currency pack from Reception at the beginning of your cruise (note: this service may not be available on some non-UK departing cruises).

To access the service, guests who have booked a cruise can either send an email to cruiseorders@cityforex.co.uk, go online at www.cityforex.co.uk, or alternatively call 0207 621 0090.
Orders must be made at least 3 working days before cruise departure. Please quote your booking reference, cruise code and departure date.
Telephone orders can be placed with City Forex 08.30 – 18.00 hours Mon. to Fri. Payment by credit and debit cards are accepted, however some cards may attract a charge levied by the card issuer.
