We understand how important it is for you, as a valued trade partner, to be able to step into the shoes of our guests and experience life on board. With this in mind, we are delighted to invite you to join us on board this Educational cruise, where you can see our ships first hand and understand more about what we have to offer you and your customers, sailing ‘The Olsen Way’.
What's included?
Our Educational trips are free of charge and fully escorted by our friendly Fred. Olsen sales team. During your time with us you'll experience:

What are the cruise details and how do I register?

To register your place, please fully read the terms and conditions at the bottom of this page, then click on the button - 'Submit your details'. We'll contact you via email to reconfirm your place.
Your ticket pack and full joining instructions will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to departure.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting this form you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- Travel agents must gain authorisation from their manager to take part in an educational cruise and they must also be actively involved in selling cruise holidays.
- The Educational will be complimentary however each agent is responsible for their own transport to / from the port and their on board account.
- If your chosen Educational involves flights, the full flight times will be advised with your confirmation email however they may be subject to change.
- All attendees will be expected to attend all organised educational activities and business sessions.
- Minimum age is 21yrs.
- Only one place will be allocated per agency on each trip.
- If you are booked to cruise with us on a concessionary fare, priority will be given to those that haven't yet had this opportunity.
- Educational places are subject to availability.
- All guests travelling on board must be in possession of a full passport with a minimum of six months validity from the date of return. It should also contain several blank pages suitable for entry stamps if required.
- The All Inclusive Drinks Upgrade cannot be purchased on Educational cruises.
- Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines will pay your on board gratuities for your table waiter. Gratuities for your cabin steward / stewardess will be applied to your on board account automatically at £2.50 per person per night. Please note, these gratuities cannot be removed unless agreed by the Hotel Manager on board.

Please be aware that you will be on board with guests who may have paid a high fare for their holiday experience. You should conduct yourself in a professional & courteous manner at all times with consideration to your fellow guests.

Once the Educational place is confirmed, in the event of a cancellation or name change by yourself, you will be responsible for the cost of flights where applicable.
