    WAYS TO SAVE.

    BalmoralPlease see below details of our Pricing terms to assist you when booking a cruise with us. It is important that you read and understand any fare restrictions that may apply to the fare type you choose.
     

    SAVER & GROUPSAVER FARES -
    Saver fares are available from 6 months until date of departure.  Both fare types enable you to choose your cabin number & grade at the time of booking.  Oceans cruise club discounts are combinable with the Saver and Groupsaver fares, outside of 6 months prior to departure, subject to Oceans terms & booking deadlines. Your dining sitting preference will be guaranteed at time of booking (subject to maximum dining numbers) and your table preference will receive priority over other fare types. Your luggage will receive priority transfer to your cabin on boarding.

    SPECIALSAVER FARES -
    We may also use the term Specialsaver at certain times throughout the year.  You will be given your cabin grade at the time of booking. Your cabin number will be confirmed at time of embarkation. Oceans cruise club discounts are combinable with Specialsaver fares outside of 6 months prior to departure, subject to Oceans terms & booking deadlines. Dining requests are permitted with Specialsaver fares.

    LATESAVER FARES -
    Latesaver fares may be available close to the departure date – This would be generally less than 8 weeks before departure. Your cabin grade & cabin number will not be confirmed to you until embarkation – Latesaver fares however are confirmed bookings.  Oceans cruise club discounts are not combinable with Latesaver fares.

    For customers in the UK:

    There are three ways you can book a Fred. Olsen Cruise:

    1. BOOK ONLINE. You can now book your next Fred. Olsen Cruise online in a few simple steps by selecting a cruise and looking for the BOOK NOW button.  To select your cruise, please click here to visit our Plan a Cruise pages.
    2. Call our Cruise Consultants on 01473 746175 Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6pm; Saturday 9am to 5pm.
    3. Call or visit your preferred travel agent. To find a preferred Fred. Olsen agent near you, use our Travel Agent Locator.

    Both our Cruise Consultants and our preferred travel agents have the best knowledge on the Fred. Olsen ships and cruise itineraries to better help you choose the cruise which is right for you.

    Please note: Payments made by credit card are subject to a 2% surcharge. This applies to the cost of cruises booked directly with Fred. Olsen (regardless of booking method). The surcharge is applicable to the following card types: Visa credit cards, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. No surcharge applies to payments made by debit cards (Visa Delta/debit).  Maestro cards are not accepted for on-line bookings.

    Please note that when making a reservation and paying the deposit, it will be assumed that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions in 'Your Contract' and other information relevant to the holiday printed in our brochure.

    For customers outside the UK:

    In selected countries only, we have appointed Resellers who will work with your preferred travel agent.  Please use our Travel Agent Locator to find them.

    Alternatively, you can make your booking directly with us, either online, as above, or via our UK Reservations Cruise Consultants.

    All prices on this web-site include fuel supplement.

    *Please note that any nationality entering the USA by air or sea, MUST complete an on-line pre-travel authorisation via ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) from https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. This form must be completed by the individuals travelling, at least 72hrs prior to departing from the UK if flying, or prior to arrival in the US, otherwise entry will be denied.

    Passport, visa and health requirements can change at any time.  It is your own responsibility to ensure that you inform yourself from a professionally qualified source on, and comply with, such requirements. 
    Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines will not be held responsible in any circumstances for the consequences - whether financial or otherwise - of any failure on the part of the passenger in this respect.
