Guest Security
At Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines we pride ourselves on providing our guests with a memorable cruise holiday experience, with your comfort and safety at the fore.

Our attention to your security extends throughout your cruise holiday, whether that's your transfers to and from the cruise ship, within the cruise terminals, whilst on-board your cruise ship, on a shore excursion, or on a flight if you have opted for a fly-cruise package.
Your cabin card is your personal ID card for the duration of your cruise and must be presented to security staff every time you board or leave the vessel.
At all times, guests are expected to follow the direction of the vessel's Master who will take the appropriate action to ensure the safety, security and well-being of our guests. Ultimately, we reserve the right to disembark any guest refusing to adhere to our policies. Additionally, guests are expected to comply with all applicable laws of the various destinations we visit.
Safety and security is everyone's responsibility, therefore should anyone become aware of potentially dangerous or illegal behaviour during the cruise we ask you to report it immediately to the ship's Security Staff or any other cruise ship management.
Crew members are not permitted to socialise with guests beyond their professional duties, and are not permitted in guest cabins unless in the performance of their duties. Guests are not permitted in crew only areas. We ask you to adhere to these policies.
Guests must not tamper with any of the vessel's equipment unless specifically directed to by crew member. Any other behaviour deemed as unsafe or offensive will not be tolerated, including failure to follow security instructions.
