Customer Care & Lost Property
We aim to provide the best possible customer care to everyone who sails with us.
Our staff will do everything possible to make you feel relaxed the moment you step on board, and will do their best to make your cruise as satisfying, memorable and enjoyable as possible.
If you have any customer service issues or items of lost property whilst on your cruise, please speak to Reception in the first instance.
However, should you have any issues which cannot be dealt with on board your cruise ships, our Customer Services Department will be able to deal with your queries on your return. In addition, any items of lost property which are not claimed on board, will be forwarded to our UK Head Office.
We reserve the right to dispose of any unclaimed items of lost property to approved charities after three months.
