Cruises are a great way to see lots of new and exciting places and our shore excursions service is designed so that you get the most out of each visit. There's a wide range of excursions from each cruise port of call, so you are likely to be spoilt for choice.

We recommend that you book from the organised Shore Tours offered on this website or in your Cruise Book to get the most out of your cruise destination.
When to book
Shore excursions are available to book 12 weeks prior to the departure of your cruise. On receipt of your Cruise Book, along with your tickets, you'll also receive information on the shore excursions on offer for your particular cruise itinerary.
We are able to take bookings up to five days prior to your cruise holiday departure date. Book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as popular tours can book up quickly and often spaces are limited.
How to book
Online: you can book online within the "My Cruises" section of this website where you can view your current and past cruise details, complete your Guest Information Form (GIF), as well as book your Shore Excursions.
By post: you can complete the form at the back of your Cruise Book and post it to the address given, together with your payment.
On board: the Tours Desk will be able to advise on available tours and book tours once you are on board your cruise ship.
Early Booking
Please be advised that our most popular shore excursions do book up well in advance and it is recommended you book as soon as possible.
If a Shore Tour is full, our Tours Team at head office, or at the Tours Desk on board, will discuss alternative shore excursion options with you.
Payment
Pre-booked shore excursions must be pre-paid before embarkation.
If you book on board, the Tours will be charged to your on board account.
NB. Shore Tour bookings now open 12 weeks prior to departure. Tickets for the tours you've booked will be delivered to your cabin at the start of the cruise.
